Why is a copy of my ID needed?

The official rules state that you must be 18 years of age or older to win if the sponsor company is a non-alcoholic beverage brand and you must be 21 years of age or older if the sponsor company is an alcoholic beverage brand. We must receive a copy of your state-issued identification with your full name, date of birth, and state of residence clearly visible. All other information can be blurred out.

What if I do not live in an eligible state?

A winner must reside in a state identified in the official rules. If you do not reside in a state listed in the official rules you are not eligible to claim a prize.

Why is an affidavit needed?

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) guidelines state that we must report winnings for all prizes valued at $600 or higher. Affidavits are used to collect the information required to complete a 1099 tax form. We will send your 1099 tax form with the value of your prize to you at the end of the year. The prize is forfeited if you do not complete an affidavit.

Will I receive a tracking number for my prize?

Yes, we will send you a tracking number for your prize when it becomes available from the shipping company.

Why haven’t I received my prize?

Prizes can be delayed due to production delays and shipping issues.

Is there a cash-out option for my prize?

Prizes do not have a cash-out option. Any changes to the prize are at the sole discretion of the sponsor company.
